Silipos Achilles Heel Pads are available in two sizes: Small/Medium, and Large/X-Large. Size based on ankle circumference. Measure just above the large protruding ankle bone. If the circumference is 9 1/2 inches or less the size would be small/medium. Anything above that is a large/extra large.
